Turnip greens


Neapolitan turnip greens “friarielli”, are at the base of central-meridional cooking.
The most common use is as a side-dish to sausages. They are very light vegetables, low in fat, with excellent antioxidant properties and rich in folic acid, making them recommendable during pregnancy.
